With Giulio Tecnico ENDAS according to the guidelines of Paddock Paradise, by Jamie Jackson and James French (bookable from June 10th to September 10th).

Villa and dedicated spaces for you, along with breakfasts for 4 nights.
Wine, water, and other beverages excluded, to be paid for consumption.
Donkey trekking, self-guided tour information for visiting Longobard Cividale (guide available upon request for a fee), 3 one-hour lessons on ethical horsemanship.

Day 1

Arrival

Afternoon reception, welcome toast, self-catered dinner with the meal prepared by the young people from the social farm.

Day 2

The first approach and principles of ethical horsemanship

Morning: Horsemanship lesson, “First approach and principles of ethical horsemanship”.
Afternoon: Visit to Longobard Cividale.
Evening: Relaxation at the villa and dinner with local products.

Day 3

The gaits

Morning: Riding lesson “The gaits”
Afternoon: Donkey trekking
Evening: Barbecue around the fire

Day 4

Walk on the Collio hills

Morning: Riding lesson “Collio hills ride”
Afternoon: Relaxation at the villa
Evening: Aperitif with tasting of local products at the villa

Day 5

Conclusion

Morning: Check-out, farewells, and final conclusions of the ethical horsemanship course, followed by departure.

Home Chef

For those who want to taste my cooking, there is also the option to request the home chef service. You can enjoy a completely vegetarian 4-course dinner in the comfort of the villa.

Tasting of local Friulian products at the villa

Tasting of local products at the villa
Directly at the villa, guided by Leila from Alimentari Tomadin di Cormons, who passionately selects the best Friulian companies, offering high-quality local products. The tasting includes for each person: 3 types of cold cuts and 3 varieties of cheeses with artisan bread and focaccia, an herb frittata, a crostino with mozzarella and anchovy, a hot pasta dish dressed with local cheese, a glass of wine, and a portion of gubana. In this journey, you will be guided through the flavors of tradition and you will have the opportunity to purchase on-site the products you like or visit a store just 10 minutes away that gathers many other specialties.
Price: €30 per person, minimum 2 people.

Forest Experience

The forest bathing is an immersive experience in the woods. It is recognized as therapy thanks to the benefits it brings to health: in particular, it helps improve the regulation of the mind-body complex and the functioning of the immune system. In our forest baths, we walk through the woods surrounding the farm. We engage with its inhabitants and, through mindfulness exercises, we connect with our inner selves, learning to nurture awareness and compassion.

With Alessia Fantini – The Vegan Side of The Moon

Alessia is a young woman with many passions, the biggest ones being experimenting in the kitchen, traveling, and going to the mountains. In 2017, she launched the blog ‘The Vegan Side of The Moon,’ where she shares her journey in the vegan lifestyle and her culinary creations, delighting in experimenting with new ingredients and colors. Alessia has also served as a chef at a retreat center in Austria and contributed to crafting menus for several vegan restaurants worldwide. Currently, she works as a content creator, producing video recipes that she shares on social media, and organizes in-person and online training courses. Due to its numerous properties and incredible ability to enhance any dish with umami, fermentation is a facet of plant-based cooking that she finds highly captivating. Consequently, you’ll often discover a fermented twist in her recipes. In her culinary endeavors, Alessia adores incorporating wild and foraged herbs, seasonal produce, and she’s deeply committed to sustainability, actively fighting against food waste.

At Villa Ronco Albina, you will find a small equipped gym and ample outdoor spaces: upon request, it is possible to book targeted workouts with a dedicated professional, designed to meet your personal needs and requirements.

Drawing and painting lessons

The view of the Collio vineyards will be a great source of inspiration. Artist Ana Cevallos offers an evocative path of pictorial and material expression directly in the Villa.

Wellness & Mindfulness

Let yourself be seduced by the psychophysical disciplines available to our guests, all aimed at acquiring balance and harmony. A holistic approach that takes care of the individual 360 degrees: yoga sessions, mindfulness and relaxation, Thai massages, pranotherapy, Modern Nordic Walking exercises.

A visit to the educational farm

A guided tour – of course, free of charge – to discover the social and educational activities of the Ronco Albina agricultural company, meeting the young apprentice workers who make it unique in its kind.

A wonderful equine experience, which can be customised according to one’s level: riding lessons, rides at different durations and difficulty, initial knowledge of the equestrian world.

E-Bike & MTB

Cycle from Cividale to the vineyards of Colli Orientali del Friuli, or from Collio to Brda, follow the Alpe Adria cycle route or the cycleway that connects Aquileia to the Adriatic sea. Mountain biking excursions or assisted pedal cycle rides, which allow you to enjoy even the uphill climbs without effort, making e-bikes a suitable means of transportation for everyone.

D.O.C. wines from FVG and Prosciutto from San Daniele D.O.P.
